3 Conclusion

Based on a comparative analysis of the current standard anti-drilling test method for down jackets, this paper proposes a new method for the anti-drilling test using the whole garment, through the test results of 10 pieces of woven down jacket and 2 pieces of knitted down jacket. Analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:

(1) The use of the whole down garment for the anti-drilling test can better avoid the problem of unsampling during the test and has good operability;

(2) The use of the whole down garment for the anti-drilling test can more realistically reflect the downsizing of the down garment during wearing and maintenance;

(3) When the whole piece of down garment is used for the anti-drilling test, the qualified evaluation index of the test result should be adjusted according to the evaluation index of the current standard.
