At the same time, a high-voltage electrostatic treatment was used in the manufacturing process to make the fiber have an electrostatic adsorption function, thereby further blocking virus aerosol pollution. It can filter no less than 70% of 3 micron non-oily particles. The combination of two different textiles makes each other complement each other and complement each other. The original medical protective clothing filtered better in dry conditions, and the protective effect against viruses was only about 40% under wet conditions. The permeability of medical protective clothing prevents blood and body fluids with viruses from penetrating into the clothing. The impermeability to water is not lower than 1.67kPa, and the penetration resistance to synthetic plasma is greater than 1.75kPa. Comfort requirements Because the key to regulating body temperature is through sweating, the sweat of comfortable clothes can be vaporized out of the clothes. And the protective clothing finishing through the above can not only prevent the penetration of liquid but also allow the weaker polarized vaporized sweat to penetrate the gaps in the fiber to exclude the protective clothing, thereby ensuring the comfort of the protective clothing. The moisture permeability is not less than 2500g / (m2 · d).

For reusable medical protective clothing, a PU polyurethane coating is used. The surface of the fabric is closed by a coating agent and gas permeability resistance. The hydrophilic groups in the coating or a microporous structure formed by special methods ensure the fabric's moisture permeability.
